Sizing

We have found that most returns can be avoided with proper pet measurement. We have several sizing charts throughout this site to guide you.  Sizes are not all same for all designers, so please check the item details for the appropriate sizing chart. If you have a question regarding sizing please email us, info@twopalmbeachpups.com, prior to placing your order. Some designs we may even be able to order with custom sizing, so please just contact us. We will be happy to help you determine which size will be best for you pup.

How to Measure Your Pet:
Measuring your pet accurately is essential achieving the proper fit with apparel, harness, collars and more.   We recommend using a fabric or soft measuring tape.  Remember to measure all the way around the section of the body. There are three main measurements needed: neck, chest/girth and length.

• Neck- Measure your pup’s neck circumference around by the base of their shoulders.

• Chest- Measure your pup’s girth at the broadest part of its ribcage/chest all the way around.

• Back- Measure your pup’s length by starting at the base of the neck and measuring to the base of their tail.

It is important to remember all pups are different just like us.  We recommend not using weight alone to determine sizing because some pups might have a longer body, fuller coat or broader chest requiring them to order the next size up to achieve the proper fit.  It is always best to measure your pet to determine which size they will order.

Also different designers have different sizing, so please refer to the sizing charts provide in the product descriptions.  For example, you pup may wear a Small in Toni Mari and an Extra Small in Oscar Newman.

Tips:
*Make sure to measure your pup in a relaxed, standing position. 
*We find a fabric/soft tape measure works best.
*Make sure not to measure your pup too loose or too tight.
*Take exact measurements, don’t make allowance.
