Shipping Policies

US Shipping:
Two Palm Beach Pups' customers will receive an email as soon as their order ships containing a tracking/delivery confirmation number.

Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer since many are made to order.

Please note the approximate delivery time indicated on each item’s detail page.  We make every effort to ship in stock items within 1-5 business days AFTER your order is placed. Custom made to order items require additional time.  If we discover that an item is no longer available or backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.  Please be sure you enter correct contact information, especially email address.  You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses.

Two Palm Beach Pups typically uses USPS, but are not limited to Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods.  When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped.  We ship orders with delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation. On some packages tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered.  If the mail courier confirms the delivery with the provided delivery confirmation number, then Two Palm Beach Pups is not responsible thereafter.  No shipping times are guaranteed. We try to recycle our shipping and packing materials/boxes.

Please refer to the following shipping table to determine the cost to ship your order.  Please note that heavier items (ie: carriers, beds, furniture, etc.) may incur an additional cost.  The rate will be shown at check out or on the item detail page.
Shipping and Handling Charges:

Two Palm Beach Pups is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments.  We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it. Please double check the shipping address you entered during check-out prior to completing your order.

Once your order leaves our boutique, Two Palm Beach Pups is no longer responsible. We purchase delivery conformation on all packages. If an order is confirmed as delivered by the courier we consider it delivered.

International Shipping:
International Shipping is possible. Since it would be impossible for us to estimate these charges as they are based on shipping weight and destination, please email us before ordering so that we can get an estimate for you. All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking.  Customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package verses from multiple warehouses.
