Return Policies

Exchanges & Returns:
Two Palm Beach Pups makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  We strive to have happy customers.

We have found that most returns can be avoided with proper pet measurement. We have several sizing charts throughout this site to guide you.  Sizes are not all same for all designers, so please check the item details for the appropriate sizing chart. If you have a question regarding sizing please email us, info@twopalmbeachpups.com, prior to placing your order.  Some designs we may even be able to order with custom sizing, so please just contact us.  We will be happy to help you determine which size will be best for you pup.

Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colors of every item on our website. However, due to color variations from monitor to monitor including how a camera and computer process images, it can result in slight variations.

If you are dissatified with your order, please email us within 14 days from delivery and we will be happy to assist you. Please email us at returns@twopalmbeachpups.com. 

All returns must be authorized via email. Note in your email if you wish to exchange for another item or if you would like a store credit.  Once a return/exchanges authorization is given, we will email you instructions on how to mail back the item(s) authorized. Items returned may be exchanged for a different size/style or store credit minus shipping charges incurred. NO refunds will be issued.When returned items are received and inspected, we will contact you regarding shipping the exchanges item or emailing you a merchandise credit.  Shipping will be charged on replacement/exchange order.

For a returned item be accepted it  must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed as well as be free of pet hair, odors and stains.  It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents, boxes, etc.

Two Palm Beach Pups will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit ONLY. Merchandise credit will expire 1 year from date of purchase. We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges, no exceptions.

Please note that due to strict health regulations, pet beds, blankets, toys, treats, feeders and carriers cannot be exchanged or returned.

We will accept a return or exchange once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a $10.00 fee will apply. Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or special ordered at the time of purchase.

No returns or exchanges on Sale, Clearance, Personalized,Custom/Made to Order, Perishable or Discontinued items will be authorized.  Item descriptions will mention if it falls into any of these categories.

For holiday dog clothing and accessories, including but not limited to wedding apparel and Halloween costumes we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We CANNOT cancel an order once it has been placed.  If you wish you exchange it after you receive your order, please contact us orders@twopalmbeachpups.com.  We will do our best you help you proceed with an exchange or merchandise credit.  We do not issue refunds.


Wrong/Damaged Item(s):
If you receive the wrong/damaged item(s) contact us via email within 72 hours of delivery for instructions. We inspect each and every item prior to shipping.  Therefore, it is rare that you will receive a damaged item. If Two Palm Beach Pups is not notified within 72 hours of delivery regarding damaged item(s), you will have to contact the manufacturer directly for an exchange.


Gift Certificates:
We are unable to return or exchange gift certificates/merchandise credits.
